Apple has implemented something of a warning to Safari users already and it’s likely you’ve come across such warnings without truly knowing what they are.
You’ll see in the URL search bar for sites that are not secure.
The idea behind this initiative is to make browsing the interwebs more secure and to give you a warning if you intend to send a username and password to a website that is not using an SSL certificate, therefore, not as secure.
