Cost vs. Price

Following up on J.D. Power’s tablet rankings; I think the category Cost is not accurate. Maybe it should be renamed Price instead. Why? A Samsung tablet may have a price lower than an iPad, but cost is a different issue. For example, on Gazelle, iPads often command a used price that is double Samsung’s tablets, thereby reducing the cost of ownership substantially.
