In the smart phone market share battles, Apple’s iPhone will lose. Google reports that Android activations are now over 300,000 per day. From Electronista:
Google’s engineering VP Andy Rubin in a terse Twitter update said Android’s activation rate was up to 300,000 per day. The post came in an apparent attempt to quell suspicions of a slowdown in growth and was a significant jump from earlier figures that put it at 214,000 per day.
Apple cannot win this battle. The real war is revenue and profits, and Apple is way ahead.
