This is a trend that won’t stop. iPhone and iPad apps are the 21st century version of television. Bloomberg’s Bloomberg TV+ is the latest app that provides live streaming of global business and financial news. Free.
The way I see this playing out is simple. Branded television networks will bypass Hulu Plus and release their own streaming video apps for live, on-demand television for iPhone and iPad (and Android), completely bypassing the cable networks.
