Apple follower Gene Munster of Piper Jaffray and his check list for Steve Jobs’ keynote presentation at June’s WWDC:
- New iPhone: Likely
- New iPhone at Verizon: Unlikely
- iPad Sales Update: Possible
- New Mac OS Demo: Possible
New iPhone? Duh. Verizon? Not until CDMA goes away. Mac OS X Demo? Not likely. Steve already said this WWDC is about the iPhone.
The list according to Philip Elmer-DeWitt in Fortune:
- New iPhone
- iPod touch with camera
- iPhone price cut
- iPhone tethering
- iPhone for Verizon
iPhone OS already has tethering. It’s an AT&T problem; not Apple. Can you tether an Android phone using AT&T? No iPhone for Verizon. Unlocked or Sprint, maybe.
I think there’s more than the items above.
