It’s unofficial and no surprise. Hewlett-Packard bought Palm to get webOS. Monty Wong of HP:
HP will announce more details after the completion of the Palm acquisition at the end of July.
In other words, Windows is fine for netbooks, notebooks, and PCs, but not for the future of computing, highly mobile tablet devices.
