Short answer: No.
Long answer: Noooooooooooooooo.
The real question should be, “Does anyone really care?” It’s not as though Flash is running on all sorts of smart phones already. It’s not. Is there a popular tablet PC the size of the iPad that also runs Flash? Nope.
