iFixit took a brand new iPad from the box and tore it apart to see what was inside. Notable points among the four pages of photos:
- A4 Processor
- Dual 256 megs of RAM (total 512 megs)
- Dual 3.75 volt batteries (24.8 watt-hour total)
- Special 10 watt USB power supply
- Broadcom 802.11n WiFi Bluetooth integrated into dock connector cable
- Dual speakers but mono sound (audio-out jack is stereo)
There is room for a built-in iSight camera.
