Just weeks after Apple stung cell phone handset maker HTC for infringing on 20 iPhone-related patents, the Taiwanese smart phone maker struck back. What did they say? Philip Elmer-DeWitt in Fortune says HTC fired back with—wet noodles:
- HTC advocates intellectual property protection
- It has always respected other innovator’s technologies and will continue to do so
- It embraces healthy competition
